Wayne Goldsmith - Development Training Camp (Ages 13 to 14 years)

The training will be held at Kings Park  9,10,11,12,13 and the 16 (recovery session). The swimmers will participate in special events at the KZN Level I Championships on 14 and 15 January. Swimmers are expected to report 30 minutes before time the training sessions. The sessions will commence 09h00 and 13h30. The duration of the session will probably be an hour and a half. The coaches of the swimmers are invited to attend all sessions There will be a briefing session with Wayne Goldsmith for the coaches on the first day (9 January) one hour before the training session commences.

Should coaches require these swimmers to partake in their own training as well, there will be no problem. The times have been set to accommodate coaches early and late afternoon sessions. Before all the finer details are sent out, KZN must be informed if the listed swimmers are available. Acknowledgement of availability must be sent to the KZN before 4 January 2006.
